It even uses the same materials that your dentist would use. One mouthpiece costs $30. Before you are able to use it though you have to custom fit it to your mouth.
To fit the Noronco snoring mouthpiece you have to place the mold in hot water. If the water is too hot it will ruin the material. It needs to be warm enough to stick in your mouth without burning it. Pull your lower jar forward slightly and place the mold inside. Bite down till you are sure that it is molded to your mouth. According to the package this is easy to do and is able to be done in one try. When first using this mouthpiece it is not uncommon to experience jaw pain and headaches.

Pros: There were many people who felt that this product was worth the $30 and though it did not eliminate all their snoring it lessened it by half. They found that it was easy to mold though some people had to try it twice before it worked.
Cons: Many people felt that the Noronco snoring mouthpiece is too large and bulky to sleep comfortably with. It is an uncomfortable feeling that you have to grow accustomed to. Others were upset by the excess drooling and loud swallowing that kept them awake and felt it was simply easier for them to snore.
